Myself, I don't even believe it, what you're reading or you're seeing is that I created it myself, I say it's basic but not basic at all you can try and tell me how it feels.
Do something with care or determination to achieve it because no one cares how you do it.
Normally fun, it's okay to be angry and drag you out to swear at you if you believe it's real, but I see it is.
If it's just suggestions to discover yourself and change it yourself, it's another matter of trusting in your abilities!
For me, I believe in my abilities so I try to learn and develop effectively because no one is born good, good or not in our way of thinking.
Whether you can do it or not, it's all about you trying to do it!
So try to do what you like!
